Member Agreement

Monthly payment of $250 is required from the date of purchase, for twelve (12) consecutive months. By signing the below you understand and agree that a total of $3,000 is the agreed purchase amount and required payment in full, regardless of cancellation. After your initial annual investment, you will transfer to a month-to-month program. A 30-day notification is required for any changes in your membership after your initial annual commitment. No refunds shall be offered where your access to website content was suspended or terminated by you or by Weaver Sales Academy, Inc.

You understand and agree that you will not share any proprietary information or materials you learn and/or are given with any other Agents or Professionals in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry. If you are deemed responsible for sharing proprietary information and material products of Weaver Sales Academy, Inc., you are subject to a $25,000 fine by Weaver Sales Academy, Inc.
